Located close to the Mediterranean Sea, and surrounded by water and mountains, The Pier takes its inspiration from combining local flavours with locally sourced seafood and produce and preparing these in a new way, allowing authentic flavours to truly come alive.

Using only local seafood, caught fresh on a daily base, and cooking them to perfection using a variety of modern methods and traditional techniques,  aiming to keep each dish as close to its origin as possible and honouring the core ingredients and enhancing their flavours.
